Job Description
Brand Managers are responsible for making sure that branding is consistent across advertising and campaigns.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Carries out market research to keep up with customer trends and predict future trends.
- Develops strategies and manages marketing campaigns across various platforms to meet customer expectations and build brand credibility.
- Analyzes the success of marketing campaigns and creates reports.
- Supervises advertising, product design, and other marketing activities to maintain branding consistency.
- Conducts consumer and market research.
- Creates a brand plan and strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
- Sources suppliers and products that fit the brand’s context.
- Creates an enduring brand message that drives sales, loyalty, and market share growth.
- Identifies the brand’s current market position compared to competitors.
- Designs a research-based brand strategy.
- Develops and executes marketing campaigns to communicate the brand message.
- Communicates the brand personality internally and aligns the company around foundational ideas.
- Measures and reports on the success of marketing campaigns.
- Anticipates consumer trends and keeps the brand up to date.
