Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to established standard operating procedures.
- Identify and escalate high-priority issues promptly.
- Achieve customer satisfaction through effective one-call resolutions.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Completion of high school or ALS equivalent.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Experience in BPO is a plus but not required.
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month
