Job Description
ARC PH BPO is actively seeking a dedicated Technical Business Analyst to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing the Acturis application and implementing various insurance products. Responsibilities include configuring products, creating PL/SQL packages, maintaining XML/XSLT document templates, and accurately analyzing client requirements. Effective communication with developers, testers, project managers, and clients is essential for success in this role.
Required qualifications include B2 English proficiency, a higher education degree, strong organizational skills, and experience with Jira, PL/SQL, XML/XSLT, and Git.
