Job Description
Magnolia ABA is in search of a committed Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our recruitment process. The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments to identify staffing needs and devise effective recruitment strategies that support our organizational objectives. You will oversee the full hiring process, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.
Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers, post job openings, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and maintain accurate recruitment documentation.
Requirements: Excellent communication skills, proficiency with recruitment tools, knowledge of employment regulations, and outstanding organizational capabilities.
