Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team. As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you will be responsible for managing and processing all accounts receivable transactions for our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send invoices to clients
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments
- Record and reconcile customer payments
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Assist in resolving any billing discrepancies or issues
- Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related role
- Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
