Job Description
OT Hires is seeking a dedicated Flight Reservation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with our platform standards, respond to user reports, and address customer inquiries with professionalism. No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training!
This position offers a weekday schedule with weekends off, and flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle. We welcome friendly candidates with strong communication skills, proficiency in English, and the necessary residency status.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from Php 18,00.00 to Php 28,987.00 per month, in addition to benefits such as Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage, 13th Month Pay, paid leave, and opportunities for professional advancement.
