Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat.
- Offer accurate information regarding our products, services, and company policies.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure their satisfaction.
Work Schedule:
- Weekdays only, allowing you to enjoy your weekends.
Qualifications:
- Friendly demeanor with strong communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in computer and phone usage.
- Must be a Filipino citizen or possess relevant residence status.
- Completion of high school, college, or vocational diploma is required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from Php18,00.00 to Php27,00.00 monthly.
- Additional benefits include HMO, paid leaves, 13th-month pay, and attendance bonuses.
