Job Description
As an Accounts Service Personnel, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining financial accounts for our clients. Your main tasks will include performing daily financial transactions, reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial accounts and perform daily transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile accounts, identify discrepancies, and resolve any issues.
- Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth financial operations and meet clients’ needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience in accounting or finance is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
