Job Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide precise information regarding our products and services.
- Effectively resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
No Prior Experience Required: Comprehensive training will be provided.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English.
- Adept with phones and computers.
- Filipino citizen or possess relevant residency status.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
