Job Description
Teleservices Jobs Pro is looking for committed and enthusiastic individuals to fill the role of Order Taking and Chat Support Agent. In this position, you will be responsible for promptly addressing customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat, delivering accurate information about our products and services, and efficiently resolving customer complaints to ensure their satisfaction.
Qualifications: Applicants must possess strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Candidates should be Filipino citizens or have relevant residency status, hold at least a high school diploma, and be open to an on-site shifting schedule.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from Php18,00.00 to Php24,892.00, along with additional benefits.
