Job Description
The PAGCOR Compliance Assistant Manager assists in the development and implementation of compliance strategies across various projects, including Integrated Resorts, gaming sites/venues, remote gaming platforms, and other assigned initiatives. This role involves supporting the Compliance Manager in monitoring, evaluating, and updating internal policies and procedures for diverse projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing compliance programs in alignment with PAGCOR regulations for various projects.
- Support in conducting regular risk assessments and audits specific to various initiatives to identify compliance gaps.
- Collaborate with internal departments to integrate compliance requirements into business processes for different projects.
- Assist in preparing and submitting required reports to regulatory authorities for various projects.
- Contribute to employee compliance training initiatives across diverse projects.
- Prepare letters and correspondences related to compliance matters.
- Fill out CRM and GS Forms as required for compliance documentation.
- Report directly to the PAGCOR Compliance Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or related field.
- Previous experience in a compliance role, preferably in the gaming industry, with exposure to Integrated Resorts, gaming sites/venues, remote gaming platforms, and diverse projects.
- Familiarity with PAGCOR regulations and gaming laws.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
