Job Description
GDS Consulting is searching for a detail-oriented SOX Staff member to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation and maintenance of our Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance program.
Key responsibilities for this position include conducting comprehensive risk assessments, assisting in the design and evaluation of internal controls, and ensuring adherence to financial regulations. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred, accompanied by relevant experience in audit or compliance roles.
