Job Description
Jollibee Foods Corporation is seeking a dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) to significantly contribute to our sales growth. In this role, you will support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets by recommending strategic promotional activities for Packaged Programs, while ensuring effective implementation of store initiatives.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Administration, or a related Business field
- A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a service-oriented fast food or quick service restaurant
- Strong customer service orientation with effective decision-making skills
- Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and supervise a team
- Solid understanding of store operations, including operational enhancements and sales strategies
