Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Planning, leading, organizing, and controlling the Sales force in his area to attain the Sales objectives.
- Initiating tactical plans together with the Key Accounts Specialist to ensure dominance in market penetration.
- Providing relevant market information to formulate strategies for sales, market share, and profitability.
- Ensuring 100% compliance with approved brand positioning as directed by the National Sales Manager and/or Vice President for Sales and Marketing.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year business-related course.
- At least 3 years of sales and managerial experience in FMCG (Key Accounts).
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint presentation).
- Valid driver’s license (at least RC License #: 12).
- Willing to travel within Davao Region including Zamboanga City.
