Job Description
BPOCaldwell Insights is excited to announce multiple openings for Airline Ticketing Agents. We provide an exceptional benefits package, featuring a competitive monthly salary ranging from Php22,00.00 to Php30,00.00, along with a 13th month pay and comprehensive HMO coverage for you and three dependents starting on day one.
In this role, you will assist clients via phone, manage email inquiries, and respond promptly to customer requests.
We are seeking candidates with outstanding English communication skills, whether you are a recent graduate or have prior BPO experience. This position requires onsite work, and we encourage applicants who reside within 25 to 35 kilometers of our office.
