Job Description

Keyland Corporation is currently seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. As the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships.
• Establish internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation.
• Present recommendations to management on short- and long-term financial objectives and policies.
• Ensure compliance with government requirements, assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements.
• Evaluate, develop, and improve department controls, systems, and procedures that increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee the daily activities of the accounting department and ensure that all major projects, month-end, mid-year, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain accurate and complete financial records and participate in audits or reconciliations, as needed.
• Keep informed about the latest developments in the accounting or finance industry.
• Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php60,00.00 – Php70,00.00 per month
