In this pivotal role, you will generate leads through various channels, manage client inquiries, and deliver engaging presentations. Your responsibilities will also include negotiating lease terms, collaborating with internal teams, and overseeing comprehensive client management.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in a business-related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service, preferably within a commercial leasing management environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must.
