Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions within our organization, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
- Managing the full recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding
- Building and maintaining positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution
- Developing and delivering HR training programs to enhance employees’ skills and knowledge
- Managing employee performance evaluation process and providing guidance for career development
- Ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and current trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
