Job Description
Citihomes Builder and Development, Inc. is actively seeking a highly qualified Vice President of Finance to oversee our financial policies, ensuring they align with applicable regulations and industry standards. The ideal candidate will take charge of project accreditation for the Income Tax Holiday, approve financial statements, and prepare the annual budget. Candidates must be Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) with a minimum of five years of senior finance leadership experience, preferably within the real estate sector. A Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) is an added advantage. This is a full-time position located in Makati.
