Job Description
Join Home Credit as a Junior Credit Advisor within our Early Collections Department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing collection calls, informing clients about overdue payments, and addressing overdue debts with professionalism and care.
We are looking for candidates who possess excellent communication skills in both Tagalog and English, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Candidates must demonstrate adaptability, assertiveness, and be available to work at Spark Place, Cubao, Quezon City. A minimum qualification of a High School Diploma or Vocational Diploma is required.
