Job Description
Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a global leader in the manufacturing industry. Our respected client is seeking an executive with at least 10 years of experience in sales gained from an automation company for the job of Business Development Manager. The position will be based in BGC, Taguig City, Philippines.
Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies for Commercial Building Business (CBB), specializing in Building Management System (BMS).
Key job responsibilities include:
- Preparing marketing strategies.
- Conducting extensive research on competitors’ products and services.
- Creating and overseeing marketing campaigns and presentations to clients.
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with clients.
- Creating awareness of the products and services offered by the company.
- Ensuring the company meets sales targets and identifies new projects for CBB (malls, offices, airports, hotels & resorts, hospitals, data centers, etc.)
- Preparing monthly performance reports.
- Generating business leads and collaborating with customers.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of Engineering: Electrical, Electronics and Communication, Mechanical, Instrumentation & Control (products are highly specialized thus, we limit courses to Engineering).
- Must have 10 years of working experience in sales gained from the automation industry.
- With proven work experience in Business Development & Marketing Executive or a similar position in the Sales Department.
- Must have knowledge and connections with M&E designers, Consultants, and building owners.
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
