About the Job: Join our North America Payroll team as a Payroll Data Analyst. This position requires an analytical mindset and a strong commitment to accuracy.
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits of HRIS, Payroll, and Time & Attendance entries.
- Prepare and audit hours for temporary agencies.
- Create bulk payroll entries.
- Compile financial management reports.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency through automation.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of finance experience, strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
