Job Description
- Assist in the coordination of recruitment activities, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate and current information.
- Assist in conducting initial screenings of candidates and coordinating interview logistics.
- Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to by employees.
- Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations and assist in updating HR policies accordingly and other related concerns.
