Job Description
LIGHT Microfinance is seeking a committed IT Technical Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. In this position, you will be responsible for providing first-level technical assistance to employees and end-users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Your contributions will ensure the seamless operation of IT systems through troubleshooting, installations, updates, and maintenance of equipment. Additional responsibilities include configuring IT devices, managing user access, and documenting issues and resolutions for future reference. This role is vital in minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity throughout the organization.
