Job Description

Capgemini is seeking a Customer Service Trainer who will design, deliver, and assess training programs for both new and existing Customer Service team members. This essential role ensures that all team members possess the required knowledge, skills, and ethical standards to operate effectively while adhering to regulatory guidelines.

Key responsibilities include the development of comprehensive onboarding programs, creation of training modules focused on negotiation skills, compliance, and enhanced customer service techniques. The trainer will also conduct refresher workshops and provide individualized coaching. Additionally, you will evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and maintain detailed training records, collaborating closely with team leaders and HR to align training initiatives with overarching business objectives.
