Job Description
Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) is actively seeking a skilled and motivated Relationship Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new commercial loans, enhancing our existing loan portfolio, and delivering outstanding account management services. This role includes cross-selling the bank’s diverse products and services, driving portfolio growth, and achieving profitability objectives while ensuring asset quality is maintained.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Accounting, or Commerce; a post-graduate degree is preferred. A minimum of two years’ experience in corporate or SME banking is required, along with a strong understanding of trade payments, relevant regulations, and financial analysis.
