Job Description
Manila HiresPH is seeking experienced Online Assistants to enhance our Hotel Reservation team. In this role, you will engage with customers through chat and email, assisting them with hotel bookings and inquiries. If you possess a minimum of 6 months of BPO or customer service experience and are a high school graduate, we invite you to apply! Enjoy a Monday to Friday work schedule, with weekends off.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to hotel reservation inquiries.
- Provide accurate information on room availability and pricing.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
Qualifications: High school diploma, 6 months of customer service experience, and excellent written English skills.
