Job Description
This role focuses on delivering an outstanding PICKUP COFFEE experience by expertly crafting beverages, offering exceptional customer service, and efficiently managing transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages following established recipes.
- Assist customers with menu choices and respond to inquiries.
- Process transactions and operate the cash register with proficiency.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the store and comply with safety guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members and aid in the training of new staff.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic math skills for payment processing.
- A genuine passion for coffee and customer satisfaction.
