Job Description

We are looking for candidates who possess a thorough understanding of WSM Crew Selection Criteria, Recruitment Standards (GIMS), POEA regulations, and IMO Regulations.
Your key responsibilities will include developing a pool of qualified applicants for officer and specialized positions, managing recruitment timelines, maintaining application records, and facilitating the recruitment process through candidate outreach, pre-screening, interviews, and skills assessments.
Additionally, you will ensure the timely submission of application requirements and maintain accurate seafarer profiles within the Compas/CMS system.
