Job Description
– Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and financial reporting.
– Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
– Ensure compliance with Philippine accounting standards and regulations, preparing and filing necessary reports and tax returns accurately and on time.
– Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support to auditors.
– Conduct financial analysis, interpret data, and generate reports to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks for the consulting firm.
– Continuously assess accounting processes and procedures, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
– Oversee client billing processes, ensuring accuracy in invoices and timely collection of payments.
– Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support for various consulting projects or client engagements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in the Philippines.
- With at least 2 years of work relevant experience in accounting and financial management, preferably within a consulting firm or professional services environment.
- Thorough knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
