Job Description
Makati Business Central Foods Corp. is currently looking for a dedicated HR Officer to oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring we attract top talent for our open positions. This role involves managing applicant tracking and performing recruitment analysis to align with our hiring standards.
Essential Skills & Knowledge: Candidates must possess excellent English proficiency, strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of labor laws, familiarity with HRIS, and proficiency in MS Office.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, HR Management, or related fields is required, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Offer: This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary of Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00, in addition to benefits.
