Job Description
Orbit-Teleservices is seeking an Email and Chat Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist customers by addressing inquiries through phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information, and resolving issues in an efficient manner.
No prior experience is necessary; we offer comprehensive training to help you excel. Enjoy a work schedule from Monday to Friday, with weekends off. We welcome friendly and communicative individuals fluent in English. Filipino citizens or residents with a diploma are encouraged to apply.
We provide a competitive monthly salary ranging from Php 17,00.00 to Php 22,00.00, along with benefits such as health maintenance organization (HMO) coverage, paid training, and opportunities for career advancement.
