Job Description
CaldwellBPO Luzon is actively seeking enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our team as Customer Support Representatives. We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Php20,00.00 to Php29,00.00, inclusive of health insurance and opportunities for career advancement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and protocols.
- Escalate priority issues in accordance with client standards.
- Achieve one-call resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Provide basic troubleshooting assistance as required.
Qualifications:
- No prior BPO experience is required; however, it is welcomed.
- Must be at least a High School/ALS graduate.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
