Job Description
A Treasury Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial activities related to the company’s cash flow, investments, and banking relationships. This position plays a crucial role in managing and mitigating financial risks, optimizing capital structure, and ensuring sufficient liquidity. The Treasury Manager’s main responsibilities include developing and implementing cash management strategies, monitoring cash flow forecasts and budgets, assessing investment opportunities, and managing relationships with banks and financial institutions. Additionally, they are in charge of evaluating and negotiating credit facilities and managing foreign exchange exposures. To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess a strong financial background, excellent analytical skills, and a deep understanding of financial markets. They should also have a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational abilities, and the ability to work under pressure.
