Job Description
We are seeking a motivated HR Staff (Recruiter) to join Montrelec Inc. and support our HR Department Head in recruitment efforts. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, and coordinating interviews. Additionally, you will assist with onboarding and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience (Fresh grads welcome)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
This full-time position offers a salary of Php18,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month, along with benefits such as health insurance and opportunities for promotion.
