Job Description
The Brain Computer Corporation is currently seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will be working under the supervision of the accounting manager and will be responsible for various accounting tasks such as organizing documents, filing reports, updating records, and following up on clients’ financial obligations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
- Prepare and sort documents including invoices, official receipts, check vouchers, and other related files.
- Compile documents and verify invoices for payment.
- Reconcile various expenditure accounts in a timely manner.
- Research, track, and resolve accounting problems.
- Maintain the accounting database.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or any Accounting-related course.
- Preferably with 1-2 years of work experience as an accounting staff.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and bookkeeping.
- Attentive to details and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Computer literate.
- Preferably residents of NCR.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: Php15,00.00 – Php19,00.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
