Job Description
We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team.
As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning their travel itineraries, providing expert advice on destinations, booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offering personalized and professional customer service to clients
- Assessing clients’ travel needs and preferences
- Providing information on various travel destinations, including attractions, weather, and local customs
- Creating and organizing detailed itineraries based on clients’ preferences
- Booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for clients
- Arranging for visa applications and travel insurance
- Handling any travel-related inquiries or issues before, during, and after the trip
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of popular tourist destinations and travel trends
- Proficient in using travel booking software and online reservation systems
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluency in English and additional foreign languages are a plus
