Job Description
The Sales Support Supervisor plays a crucial role in our company’s sales operations. This position is responsible for leading and supervising the sales support team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide the sales support team to ensure they meet their goals and objectives
- Manage and streamline sales support processes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and provide support in implementing them
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales orders, contracts, and other documentation
- Resolve escalated customer issues or inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor sales support metrics and generate reports to analyze performance and identify areas for improvement
