Job Description
YUNYI TRANSPORTATION INC is looking for a dedicated Accounts Payable Officer to oversee the management and processing of invoices, verify financial information, and ensure timely payments to vendors. This pivotal role is crucial for maintaining precise financial records and enabling efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process vendor invoices accurately.
- Ensure correct coding and obtain necessary approvals.
- Execute check runs and manage payments.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions effectively.
- Assist during month-end closing procedures.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, coupled with 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable. Proficiency in accounting software and exceptional organizational skills are required.
