Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervision, training, and direct assistance of warehouse operations including loading/unloading, receiving, sorting, put away, picking, and inventory control.
• Ensuring procedures and best practices are consistently followed by leading by example.
• Driving an efficient and motivated workforce through effective coaching, feedback, and encouragement.
• Maintaining accurate inventory levels through regular physical counts and reconciling discrepancies.
• Enforcing safety standards and adhering to standard operational procedures to promote a culture of safety.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, leadership, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Extensive knowledge of modern warehousing practices and methods.
• Critical thinking ability and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and inventory management software.

Education and/or Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in a Supervisor or leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing at least 10 warehouse employees.
• Experience with inventory control, reconciliation, and cycle counting.
• Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field (strongly preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
