Job Description
Are you passionate about the travel industry and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are currently seeking a Travel Operations Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of our travel agency.
As a Travel Operations Supervisor, you will oversee a team of travel consultants, ensuring that they provide exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring that all bookings are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
You should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as you will be working closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Previous experience in the travel industry and knowledge of travel booking systems is highly preferred.
