Job Description
Teleservices Manila is actively looking for motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our Healthcare Account team. This position is perfect for college graduates, whether experienced or not, as well as undergraduates who have completed at least two years of study and have a minimum of 6 months of experience in BPO or customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with healthcare-related inquiries regarding plan coverage, benefits, and claims.
- Engage with customers through inbound calls, emails, or chat support.
- Accurately document each interaction, ensuring confidentiality is upheld throughout.
Job Type: Full-time | Location: In-Person | Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
