Job Description
We invite you to become part of NCR Teleservices as a Non-Voice Customer Support Representative. In this position, you will manage both inbound and outbound communications to assist customers with hotel reservations. Your responsibilities will include helping customers book, modify, or cancel reservations, as well as providing essential information regarding room availability and pricing. We are open to fresh graduates and will provide comprehensive training; therefore, no prior experience is necessary.
This role operates Monday through Friday, with weekends off. Strong verbal and listening skills in English are required. We offer an attractive benefits package that includes HMO, 13th Month Pay, paid leaves, and opportunities for promotion. The salary can be as high as Php 26,00 monthly!
