Job Description
We invite you to become a part of our team at ORBIT SOUTH PH as a Chat Support Agent. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include providing accurate information and resolving complaints promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
No prior experience is necessary, as we offer comprehensive training. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable using a phone or computer. A minimum educational requirement is a high school diploma, college degree, or vocational certification.
This position requires weekday availability with weekends off, offering a competitive salary of up to Php26,00.00 per month, along with benefits that include healthcare coverage (HMO), 13th Month Pay, and paid leave.
