Job Description
Manila HiresPH is looking for a dedicated Non-Voice/Chat Agent to join our expanding team. This full-time, permanent position involves professionally managing customer inquiries, documenting interactions accurately, and staying informed about our company’s services.
Eligible candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Applicants must be willing to work on-site and attend interviews at our location. While prior experience is advantageous, it is not a requirement.
The monthly salary ranges from Php18,00.00 to Php25,00.00 and is complemented by benefits including health and life insurance, flexible working hours, and potential for career advancement. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with an 8-hour shift and weekends off.
