Job Description
TeleCaldwell Careers is thrilled to announce an opening for the position of Content Moderator. We offer a competitive salary alongside an industry-leading benefits package.
In this role, you will adhere to standard operating procedures, escalate critical issues, and guarantee customer satisfaction through efficient one-call resolutions. Basic troubleshooting may also be required.
