Job Description
Manila HiresPH is looking for a committed and motivated Beginner-Friendly Non-Voice Data Entry Specialist to become a part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries, collect necessary information, and log calls while following established procedures.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Addressing customer questions and complaints using provided scripts.
- Researching and effectively resolving customer queries.
- Communicating relevant options and services to clients.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a monthly salary ranging from Php17,00.00 to Php23,00.00, along with various benefits such as health insurance and paid training.
