Job Description

This role offers an exciting opportunity for recent college graduates or undergraduates with at least two years of study completed, who have a minimum of six months of experience in BPO or customer service. Exceptional English communication and customer service skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with inquiries related to healthcare plan coverage and claims.
- Communicate effectively via phone, email, or chat.
- Accurately document all interactions while upholding confidentiality.
- Meet performance metrics while providing outstanding customer service.
