Job Description
Are you eager to improve customer experiences? OTeleservices, located in Ortigas, is seeking a dedicated Chat Support Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
No Experience Required: Comprehensive training will be provided.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts with weekends off!
What We Offer: Competitive salary (Php 18,980.00 – Php 23,980.00/month), Health Maintenance Organization (HMO), 13th Month Pay, and additional benefits.
