Job Description
The Payroll Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payroll in accordance with relevant laws and company policies. This position involves calculating employee wages, withholding appropriate taxes, and preparing paychecks. You will work closely with the HR, Finance, and departmental teams to maintain precise payroll records.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in payroll processing or general accounting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with payroll systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Recent graduates with strong academic records may also be considered.
